MNG was founded in 2014 by a group of individuals who shared a common passion for building homes with genuine care and craft. Led by Kit Chong, the company was built on years of prior experience — Kit having spent years leading commercial build and interior projects across Singapore, working on spaces at Four Seasons Park, Ascott Raffles Place, Resorts World Sentosa, and Shangri-La Hotel, among others.

That background instilled a standard that MNG carries into every home it builds today — where decisions about space, light, materials, and livability are treated with the same rigour as any high-specification commercial project.

From 2007, the founders of MNG began developing landed homes in Singapore — refining their approach project by project, and building a track record that now spans more than 30 completed residences.

Each project brings together a trusted network of architects, contractors, and consultants — assembled around the specific demands of the site and brief. It is a deliberately considered way of working, where the right people are involved at every stage, and nothing is left to chance.
